Refund policy
At Jeanago, we strive to provide high-quality, custom-fit jeans that meet your expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund, subject to the conditions below:
Return Conditions:
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
- Customizations or alterations made after delivery cannot be returned.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or having been washed are not eligible for return.
- A return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer support team at support@jeanago.com to initiate the return process.
- You will be responsible for shipping the item(s) to our designated warehouse in Texas. The return shipping cost will be at your expense.
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
lteration and Remake Terms
- Alteration and remake requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your product. Please provide the necessary information, such as measurements or photos, as requested by our Fit Specialists. You’ll have an additional 30-day period to review your altered or remade garment once delivered.
- Only custom-fit orders are eligible for remakes/alterations. Standard-size orders are eligible for exchanges.
- To request an alteration or remake, the original garment must be returned to Jeanago using the prepaid shipping label we provide. The remade garment will be shipped once we receive your returned item.
- Jeanago reserves the right to limit remakes for customers found to be abusing this policy.
- If you choose to use a local tailor, we’ll reimburse you via store credit up to:
- $50 for jeans
- $25 for shorts
- Alterations and remakes are subject to fabric availability. If a fabric is out of stock, you may select an alternative of equal or lesser value.
- Receiving a complimentary remake does not disqualify you from a full refund. To qualify for a refund, you must return both the original and the remade garment to us.
- Failure to provide requested information (such as photos of fit issues) within the 30-day period will result in disqualification from the alteration or remake program.
- Sample Sale purchases are not eligible for alterations or remakes.
- Standard-size items can be exchanged for another standard-size item if the exchange is completed within 30 days of delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your Jeanago items, but if you need to make a return, please review the terms below:
Return & Exchange Terms:
- All refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as a Jeanago store credit.
- Products must be mailed back within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a return or exchange.
- To qualify for a refund after a remake, both the original and remade garments must be returned.
- Returned items must be unused, with all original tags intact and in the original packaging. Items that are used, damaged, washed, soiled, missing tags, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer.
- If you exchange a discounted item for a higher-priced item, you must pay the price difference.
- Processing time for returns and exchanges is up to 7 business days from receipt.
- Jeanago is not liable for returns lost in transit. Please keep your tracking information to avoid issues.
- Exchanges and remakes are subject to stock and fabric availability.
- If the return package tracking does not activate within the required time, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Customers found to be abusing the return policy may be restricted from future purchases. Jeanago reserves the right to refuse service to any customer.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, fees, or taxes incurred during the return process, and these fees are non-refundable.

- Priority Mail and Next Day Air shipping fees
- Socks and gift cards
- If your original form of payment is no longer active, refunds will be issued via Jeanago store credit.
