3. Custom Products
Jeanago offers custom-fit jeans designed based on the measurements you provide. It is your responsibility to provide accurate measurements during the ordering process. We are not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
4. Order Process & Payment
All orders must be placed through our website, www.jeanago.com. By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price of the product and any applicable taxes and shipping fees. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various forms of payment as indicated during the checkout process.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver your custom jeans in a timely manner, but shipping times may vary based on location and production schedules. Jeanago is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen events beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Returns & Refunds
Jeanago offers a 30-day return policy, provided that the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. Customizations or alterations made after delivery are non-refundable. 7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Jeanago website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Jeanago and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
